SHIPPING POLICY

Perlastic Products by All Coatings quotes shipping for every order before payment. Product prices shown on this store exclude shipping, freight, and applicable taxes. We do not offer automatic free shipping.

To request a delivered price, use our Contact / Request a Shipping Quote page or email perlastic@mcs-llc.co. Include the products and quantities, full delivery address, and whether delivery is to a business, residence, or jobsite. For freight, tell us whether you have a loading dock or forklift or need a liftgate or delivery appointment.

We will confirm product availability and obtain the shipping price. Single-unit orders generally ship by FedEx parcel; larger or palletized orders may ship by FedEx Freight LTL. Ergon may choose the fulfillment location based on the order. We will send the complete product, shipping, and applicable tax total for your approval before requesting payment. A quote request does not place an order.

Orders are processed after the total is approved, payment is received, availability is confirmed, and shipping arrangements are complete. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Please inspect shipments at delivery when possible. Note visible damage with the carrier when practical, take photographs, retain the packaging, and promptly report damage to perlastic@mcs-llc.co.
