Below-Grade Waterproofing

Below-Grade and Under-Slab Waterproofing

Explore Perlastic spray-applied membrane systems for projects requiring below-grade and under-slab waterproofing. Contact All Coatings to discuss material requirements and project pricing.

The System

The Perlastic Gas Vapor Brochure documents spray-applied membrane systems beneath slabs and up below-grade walls for waterproofing and gas-vapor protection. It also documents under-slab applications over geotextile fabric. Installation details depend on the specified assembly.

Documented Project: California Public Library

The brochure describes a 400,000-square-foot public library situated 50 feet below grade. Its Perlastic gas-vapor membrane and waterproofing system was spray-applied under the slab and up the walls to prevent methane gas and water intrusion. This is a brochure-documented system-use reference, not an All Coatings installation.

Discuss Your Project

System selection depends on site conditions, groundwater, structural design, and any subsurface gas concerns. Send All Coatings your project location, scope, approximate area, plans or specifications, and delivery requirements.
