Refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Perlastic Products by All Coatings has a 30-day return policy. Customers have 30 days after receiving an order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened where applicable, undamaged, and in its original packaging and condition. Proof of purchase may be required.

Do not ship a return without prior authorization. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the applicable return address. Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.

SPECIALTY COATINGS AND MATERIALS

Opened, used, mixed, contaminated, partially consumed, altered, or improperly stored coatings, membranes, catalysts, and other specialty construction products cannot generally be returned because they cannot safely or reasonably be resold.

Special-order or custom products may also be non-returnable unless they are defective, damaged in shipment, or supplied incorrectly.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

Please inspect your shipment when it arrives. If a product is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us promptly at perlastic@mcs-llc.co.

Photos of the product, packaging, pallet, freight damage, or shipping label may be requested to document a claim.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time by banks or payment providers may vary.

Shipping, freight, return shipping, and related carrier charges will be handled according to the circumstances of the return and will be confirmed as part of the return authorization.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if the order has not already shipped, entered fulfillment, or become committed to a special-order purchase.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, the return policy applies.
